Rescheduling
You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session receive a full refund or credit for a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or missed sessions, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
Programs
Program fees cover sessions already scheduled. Unused sessions in a program may be refunded pro rata if cancelled with notice, minus sessions already delivered.
If we need to cancel
If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
