In a crystal healing session, Amit selects stones such as rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz and black tourmaline based on what you are working on. They are laid along your chakras or in a grid around you while you rest.
Crystal healing is often combined with Reiki and chakra balancing in one session. You also receive guidance on which crystals to keep at home or carry with you, and how to cleanse them.
